BOOKING & ARRIVAL:

By appointment only. If you need products, Please call ahead, as I will be unable to assist you if I am in treatment with a client. After Booking your appointment, please check your e-mail for an intake form, which you must complete before your appointment. Any clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

If you are arriving for an appointment, Follow the signs with arrows. entrance is located at the back of the building.

LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY:

please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment Time or you will be charged a cancellation fee.

**Treatments canceled without a 24 hour notice:
-Treatments less than $100 will be charged half the service   amount.
-Treatments over $100 will be charged a $75 cancellation/no show fee.

**I totally understand emergencies happen. please reach out to me and we will work together to make further ARRANGEMENTS.**

**If you are sick, please call and cancel! If you arrive sick, I will send you home!

LATE ARRIVAL:

I will allow up to 15 minutes late arrival, Anything more than 15 minutes late will be treated as a No Show/Late Cancellation.
